Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Refunds

All items are made to order, and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. Please ensure you review the size chart and order the correct size.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Ifthis happens, we are extremely sorry! please, send us an email at admin@blankdesigns.com.au and return your item as per below instructions.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should return your product to the Leighland Christian School Burnie Campus office and let us know it is there ready for collection, or return it to our office.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item if you choose to ship it.
